Airport pick-up/transportation
Once you have decided to come to any of our hospitals, all you need to do is to confirm your arrival by sending us the details about your date of arrival, time of arrival, flight Number and name of the airline. We provide free pickup on arrival by an ambulance, you will be received at the airport by our representative, and taken directly to a hotel or hospital as per the admission plan. Once in hospital you will be directly taken to the room allotted to you. We also provide dropping facilities as per the need of thre patient after recovery.

With a view to provide world class facilities to our International Patients we have Inpatient Rooms with a single bed facility, satellite TV, computer with internet facility, room service, laundry service etc. We also provide assistance in arranging accommodation post hospital discharge, for you and your companion.Translator facilities are also provided on request for the patients and attendents.

Quick Admission Facility
All our International Patients are admitted directly with the procedural formalities completed in the room itself. You need not stand in queue or wait for the completion of admission procedure before being shifted to your room.. This facilitates in starting the treatment immediatly saving valuable time and also relaxing the patients and attendants.You will also be issued a hospital registration number and ID along with hospital admission number.

Scheduling of Appointments
You need to only confirm your arrival by giving us your arrival details well in advance. We will fix appointments for you accordingly before your arrival so that you need not wait for appointments. Our executives will guide you at every step and they will inform you about the appointments, concerned doctors, procedures etc.

Food & Beverage
Food for patient will be provided by the hospital canteen as per the need and dieticians advices.

Multiple Payment Options
The hospital accepts payments through Travellers’ Cheque, Credit Cards (Master, Visa or Amex), Wire Transfer and Foreign Currencies from international patients. Receipts will be issued for all payments made, and at the time of discharge an itemized bill will be presented. 

Travel Related Assistance
We help you in booking your tickets and make necessary travel arrangements. Local travel arrangements can be done for the patient and the attendants. We also provide detailed information on Visa and Passport formalities and our executives will help you in fulfilling the necessary formalities. We request you to carry the following documents with you when you come to our hospital for availing services.

  • Copy/originals of all medical reports and medication details (if any)
